Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Superior Chains Research Labs (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides products intended exclusively for laboratory research use only (RUO). Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, all sales are final.

By placing an order, the customer (“you”) acknowledges and agrees to the following policy:


All Sales Are Final

Once an order is submitted and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged under any circumstance.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Ordering the incorrect product

  • Changing your mind

  • Misunderstanding product use

  • Failure to read product descriptions, specifications, or disclaimers

All products are considered final purchase research materials and are not eligible for restocking or resale once shipped.


Replacement Policy for Damaged or Incorrect Items

Although refunds are not offered, we do provide product replacements in the event of:

1. Damaged Shipments

If an item arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or compromised, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Required documentation:

  • Clear photos of the shipping box

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photo of the shipping label

Once verified, we will issue a free replacement of the same item.


2. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will send a replacement of the correct item at no additional charge.
We may request photos to confirm the mistake.


Lost Packages

If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but you cannot locate it, this is considered a carrier or delivery issue, not grounds for a refund.

We may assist with a carrier investigation but cannot provide refunds for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Misdelivered packages

  • Packages delivered to the address you provided

If the carrier confirms loss before delivery, we will send a replacement.


Order Address Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable address at checkout.

We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Old/previous addresses

  • Incomplete or invalid addresses


Research Use Only Notice

All products are sold strictly for laboratory research applications (RUO).
Not for human or veterinary use.

By purchasing from Superior Chains Research Labs, you agree to follow all applicable regulations and assume all responsibility for the handling, storage, and use of research materials.
