All products sold by Superior Chains Research Labs are intended for laboratory research use only (“RUO”). Our products are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, medical use, diagnostic use, or use in food, drugs, or cosmetics.

By purchasing our products, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are a qualified professional or are directly supervised by one.
  • You will use the products solely for lawful research purposes.
  • You will not use the products for any use prohibited by local, state, federal, or international law.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and legally able to enter into contracts, to use our website and purchase products. We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion, including if we suspect that products may be used in an unsafe or unlawful manner.

4. Ordering, Pricing, and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per account, or per order. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time without notice.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed with us. You authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes, shipping, and fees.

5. Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Inspection

We will arrange shipment of the products to the address you provide. Shipping and handling charges are your responsibility and will be shown at checkout. Title and risk of loss for the products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.

You are responsible for promptly inspecting all shipments upon receipt and notifying us of any issues, such as breakage or incorrect items, within 5 days of delivery as shown by the carrier’s tracking information.

6. Storage, Handling, and Safety

You are solely responsible for understanding and following proper storage, handling, and disposal procedures for all products. This includes following all applicable safety data sheets (SDS), institutional policies, and legal requirements.

You agree to ensure that all individuals who handle our products are properly trained and equipped with appropriate protective equipment and safety measures.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or temperature-sensitive materials. Unopened products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 5 days of delivery, subject to our approval.

To request a return, please contact us at support@superiorchains.com with your order number and details. If a return is approved, you are responsible for shipping the product back to us according to any instructions we provide.

8. No Medical or Safety Advice

Any information on our website (including product descriptions, documentation, or other materials) is provided for informational purposes about laboratory research only. It is not medical advice, and must not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE WEBSITE, OR THE PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
