Refund & Replacement Policy

This Refund & Replacement Policy (“Policy”) governs the sale and delivery of all products offered by Superior Chains Research Labs (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order on this website, the purchaser (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to the terms outlined herein.


1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the sensitive and regulated nature of research materials, all sales are final. The Company does not permit refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been submitted.
This policy applies without exception, including but not limited to:

  • Ordering error

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by Customer

  • Perceived dissatisfaction with product appearance

All products are sold “as is” for laboratory research use only, and are not eligible for return or refund.


2. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

The Company expressly disclaims any obligation to provide cash refunds, credit refunds, or store credit. Customer acknowledges and agrees that purchasing research-use-only materials carries inherent handling and safety considerations, and returned items cannot legally or safely be reintroduced into inventory.


3. Replacement Policy for Damaged or Incorrect Items

While refunds are not offered, the Company will replace products only under the following conditions:

3.1 Damaged Shipments

If a product arrives damaged, Customer must notify the Company within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
The notification must include:

  1. Order number

  2. Clear photographs of:

    • The damaged item

    • The internal packaging

    • The external shipping box

    • The shipping label

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the replacement request.

3.2 Incorrect Product Received

If Customer receives an item different from the item ordered, Customer must notify the Company within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
Upon verification, the Company will issue a replacement shipment at no additional cost.


4. Shipping-Related Issues

Once an order has been scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to Customer.
The Company is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Misdelivery due to Customer-provided address errors

However, at our discretion, we may assist Customer in initiating a carrier claim.


5. Compliance With Laws and Safety Standards

All products are intended strictly for laboratory research use. Customer assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations related to the purchase, handling, storage, and use of research materials.
This Policy does not limit any rights the Company may have under applicable law.


6. Contact for Replacement Requests

To inquire about a damaged or incorrect item, Customer must use the contact form on our website or email our support team.
The Company will review and respond to replacement requests in a commercially reasonable timeframe.
